Privacy policy
When you contact Sialkot Motor LTD through this website, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange a viewing, and keep a record of customer follow-up.
What this website records
Booking and enquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number, selected vehicle, preferred appointment, message and consent time. The site also records page visits, searches, shortlist actions, contact-button clicks, bookings and administrative changes. These activity records are associated with a random session identifier. We do not record the content of your external WhatsApp conversations or phone calls.
How we use your details
Your details are available to authorised sales staff and administrators for the purpose of handling your request. The website queues an acknowledgement email to you and a notification to the showroom administrator through the configured email provider. When enabled, booking details are also sent to the business through Meta WhatsApp Cloud API so the team can follow up. We do not automatically enrol you in a marketing mailing list.
Cookies and your shortlist
A session cookie supports secure forms, sign-in and the booking journey. Saved vehicles are stored in your browser on this device. You can remove saved vehicles using the heart buttons or clear your browser’s site data. Hashed network addresses are used to limit repeated sign-in and booking attempts.
Optional Google and Meta tracking
If enabled by Sialkot Motor and accepted by you, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel measure visits and successful booking requests. These services may use cookies, device information and network addresses under their own privacy terms. You can decline or change your choice using Privacy choices. Declining does not affect booking or enquiry services. Team sign-in and invitation pages do not load these trackers. The booking conversion event does not include your submitted name, email, phone or message.
External services
WhatsApp, map and social links take you to external services with their own privacy practices. If you choose to load gallery images, your browser contacts Meta servers to display them. Event-interest, import and prebooking requests are recorded and handled like other enquiries. Information you share there is handled by those services.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask about your information, correct a booking, or request deletion, contact Sialkot Motor LTD at +254 717 707002 or visit Ngong Road, opposite Ngong Hills Hotel, Nairobi (Open in Google Maps ).
